5. They walk and slide on their bellies. They typically have a white stripe encircling a black cheek and throat. They also have featherless pink areas around the eyes. When they lay eggs they are green.

6. They eat fish shrimp krill and squid. They have to protect their eggs from predators. Like sea birds and seals.
