Concern and Goal I’m feeling overwhelmed because I have so much to do. Starting 10-31-13 through 11-19-13, I will manage my time more efficiently by planning my day the night before by creating a “to-do” list, prioritizing, and setting specific times to accomplish tasks.
3
Form a Plan Who: Mr. Bento What: make a to- do list, prioritize, set specific times When: make list the night before Where: home and work Measure: by seeing how many things on the list I get done I will keep track with a list on my phone

Actions Percentage of items on list Dates
5
Successes 1. Feeling less overwhelmed as I cross things off my list 2. Taking a day off to get caught up 3. Making sure I schedule “me” time for my mental health 4. Delegating some things on my list 5. Analyzing my data so I know what is and isn’t working 6. Using my data analysis to improve process
6
Possible Changes Prioritize list Get the important things done = more decreased stress Write list every day Know what to do everyday = less wasted time
7
Problem and Solution Too many roles Separated lists and tried to do a few on each list
8
Personal Gains Keeping a daily list on my phone keeps me focused Learning that some things just aren’t important enough to do
9
Effort and Success I earned a 60% Didn’t make list every day (missed 5 days) Didn’t accomplish full list any day (range 28-90%)
10
Peer Partner I shared what I was doing with my partner once but didn’t check in with him like I should have. I would have been more successful if I would have checked in with him.
