1. 1 MODIFICATIONS TO ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE (EJ) PROCEDURES SOP have been developed for facilities in Camden Waterfront South and the Ironbound Section of Newark Local stakeholders are currently notified when the following types of applications are submitted: –Those subject to a State of the Art review –Those from facilities which a stakeholder has expressed a particular interest in The SOP is being modified to inform local stakeholders when an application is submitted by a NEW facility
