Navigation to RevMod Screen: Case Management Establishment Support Order Review/Modification

Support Order Listing Contains the Support Order Number, FIPS Code, Support Order Type, and Support Order Date. Select a support order and the data will load on the page.

Support Order Details Descriptions follow for these fields:

Support Order Details, Cont. Review Required: Select yes or no. If a selection is made for yes or no, the Review Required Date field will highlight and you must enter a date in the Review Required Date field.

Support Order Details, Cont. Review Required Date field: This date is obtained from the Info Pac Report titled “Modification of Orders Report”. This field must be populated when the Review Required field has been populated. Note:These fields are used when an office initiates a review on an active TANF or Family Medicaid case.

Support Order Details, Cont. Review Requested By field: Use when a written request is received and the fee has either been waived or paid. Select the block that will indicate which party made the request, CP or NCP. The Review Requested Date field will highlight and you must enter a date in the Review Requested Date field.

Support Order Details, Cont. Review Requested Date field: If you select CP or NCP for the Review Requested By field, this field will highlight. You must manually populate this field using the date that you received the written request in your office.

Support Order Details, Cont. Note: You must populate either the Review Required field or the Review Requested By field, but you cannot populate both simultaneously. You must choose one of the two methods to indicate how the RevMod was initiated or requested.

Support Order Details, Cont. Opportunity to Review Date field: The date in this field is system generated. The date populates from either the Support Order Screen, Date of Order field, or from the RevMod screen. From the RevMod screen the date may populate from one of two fields: the Modified Date field or the Final Disposition Date field. The Final Disposition Date field is populated if a NO-CHANGE recommendation has been reached.

Support Order Details, Cont. RTC/NTC Sent field: This field currently has no functionality. There is no need to populate this field or use it in conjunction with any other field.

Support Order Details, Cont. Modify SOA Code field: Select one of the options in the drop down box, using the selection that best reflects the modified order.

Support Order Details, Cont. Modify Medical Code field: Select one of the options in the drop down box, using the selection that best reflects the modified order.

Support Order Details, Cont. The Modified Date field will highlight when you select either the Modify SOA Code or Modify Medical Code fields. You must then manually populate this field with the date of the modified order. Note: Populate either the Modify SOA Code field or the Modify Medical Code field. You cannot populate both simultaneously. You must choose one of the two methods to indicate which type of review was conducted.

Support Order Details, Cont. Petition to Adopt field: Manually enter the date the Petition to Adopt is filed with the Clerk of Superior Court. Order to Adopt field: Manually enter the date of the modified order. This date will be the same as entered in the Modified Date field.

Support Order Details, Cont. Final Disposition Code field: Click to open the drop down box.

Support Order Details, Cont. Final Disposition Code field: Using the drop down box, select the correct entry that will best relate to the order. Once the data is submitted, a date will appear in the Final Disposition Date field generated by the system.

Support Order Details, Cont. Final Disposition Date field: Making a selection in the Final Disposition Code field will system generate the date once you hit the Submit button.

Support Order Details, Cont. Modified Amount (Monthly SOA) field: Manually enter the monthly sum of the Support Order Amount (SOA) of the modified order. This data will not import to this screen from the $TARS obligation worksheet.

Support Order Details, Cont. Reason for NO- CHANGE Code field: Do not use this field unless a NO-CHANGE recommendation was made. Select an option from the drop down box that best matches the reason for the recommendation.

Support Order Details, Cont. Description: This field requires manual entry and allows for a free form description of the modified order that is limited to 40 characters. This field will not export data to the Case Action Log (CAL).

Support Order Details, Cont. New Support Order Number field: This Field requires manual entry of the new support order number, only if the Clerk of Superior Court assigned a new number for the review. Entry of the number in this field will not update the Support Order Number in any other $TARS field(s).

Support Order Details, Cont. IV-D Fields: (All fields require manual entry.) Request Date:Not a data field Decision Date:Date of FormRJB (Recommendation) Service Completion Date: Date of service of the last party or date the waiver was obtained.

Support Order Details, Cont. Judicial Fields: (All fields require manual entry.) Request Date: Date of objection Decision Date: Date of Hearing Service Completion Date: Date of service of the last party or date the waiver was obtained.

Support Order Details, Cont. Comment: This box contains approximately 450 character spaces for typing in data related to the review process. The box requires manual entry. The data entered in this field will populate the CAL.
