4 Act 89 Action Plan  Description-To increase student achievement as measured by state standards and performance as directed by the student plan.  To acquire knowledge regarding evidenced – based practices and current trends according to assignment areas.  To apply research/scientifically based to assessment, instructions, and progress reporting to assignment areas.  To offer a high standard of technical support to participating nonpublic schools to build local capacity.
