3 www.ifl.ac.uk Applying for Q/ATLS Two stage process: (1) Intent to submit and ‘Declaration of Suitability’ (2) Sending application (completed Professional Formation proforma) Notes: Intent to submit needs to be sent to IfL in the term prior to the application being made * If application is not completed within the window chosen, member must wait for a year to be eligible to apply

6 www.ifl.ac.uk Applying for QTLS / ATLS: Evidence is presented using a combination of: Narrative comment and Uploaded documentary evidence (certificates, reports, etc) Note: The elements for which evidence needs to be provided are presented in two sections: Mandatory(generic requirements) Personalised(relating to own context, subject and circumstances) Applicants need to provide evidence for all elements in both sections
