I think this type of format for the feedback session should be used again in the future as I found i very helpful and i'm sure others did too. One suggestion I would recommend is to perhaps show an average-ish essay/piece of work and highlight where the student went wrong, as well as showing the first class piece, as this would show students how to avoid the mistakes commonly made.
