3 Shilhay Community Nowadays our Mission is….. “To help people who are homeless or vulnerably housed to access accommodation, health and vocational services in order to improve their quality of life”.

6 SHOT works (!) Twice weekly Outreach support service Twice weekly Drop-in support sessions Six-weekly Hotspots Communication – partners, community Prevention – hospital, prison, police Assessment Referral Advocacy (e.g. housing)

7 Local Rough Sleeping In the last twelve months SHOT has worked with 349 people in housing crisis of whom: 81 were found rough sleeping in Exeter 107 were supported to retain their housing 134 people were helped to access housing but 29 people found rough sleeping -Nov 2011
