11  Dare to Dream!  Encourage the Dream  Realistic Goal setting – S.M.A.RT  Short & Long term Goals  Every Swimmers goal is a stepping stone to their dream.

12  Swimmers, Parents & Coaches  A document on the website  Talk to the coach  Don’t compare swimmers  Swimmers to take responsibility  Coaches to provide the right opportunities for that swimmer  Unite as a club internally

13  Hydration is Key  Healthy & Balanced prior, during & after Meets  Sports drinks versus Water  Be aware of market trends and advertising campaigns  If in doubt ask us!!  Information available on our website.

16  Swimmers will have specific training in line with Long Term Athlete Development and will be encourage to set goals & take ownership of their sport.  Parents will be encouraged to support as parents of the club and swimmer.  Coaches will provide the right environment.  The club will go from strength to strength as a TEAM.
