Whitchurch Canal, Country Park and Greenfields Nature Reserve Past and Future Whitchurch Arm Opened in 1808 The arm was filled-in in 1964 Whitchurch Waterway Trust Formed in 1988 Arm to Chemistry Bridge was Opened 1993 Land Protected During Housing Developments Area now known as Whitchurch Country Park Trust Decided to build basin 2010/2011. Planning Application Lodged April 2012 and permission granted November 2013
