2. World War II Battles The class will be divided into eight small groups. Each group will be given a World War II Battle. Each group will read a information sheet on that particular battle. (Class Set) Battles include: Invasion of Poland, Battle of Britain, Pearl Harbor, Battle of Midway, Battle of Stalingrad, D- Day Invasion, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa

World War II Battles On a piece of Butcher paper groups will answer the following question about their World War II Battle Name of the Battle Participants Location Type of Battle (Naval, Air, Land, etc) Outcome (Victors, defeats, etc) Significance Each group will present this information to the class and create a chart of all eight WWII Battles
