Congleton Town Facts In 2005 Congleton town will be adding more capacity to the ground thanks to Macclesfield town giving them their old seats. In 2003/2004 season Congleton town got into the quarter-finals of the F.A Vase but unfortunately lost 2-0 to A.F.C Sudbury.

Congleton town was founded in 1901 their ground is called booth street and has been since 1901 Congleton towns leading attendances was 3,031 people. Their own website is www.geocites.com/congleton fc. The highlight of 1989/90 season was getting to the first round of the F.A Cup where they played Crewe at Grestly Road, which they lost 2-0 in front of an attendens of 5,876 people. They play in the north-west counties league first division. Their kit is a white top, black shorts and black socks. After a poor start to the 2001/02 season Sean corner was replaced by ex-alboin player Kevin langley. They started on a wining role before Kevin langley left to join kidsgrove. Brian griffins took over however in 2002/03 kevin langley was welcomed back in november.

Match Day Life Official Match Day programmes can be purchased from the front of the turnstiles, the programmes are £1.00 each. It is £3.00 to get in for kids and £5.00 for adults. All through 90 minutes you can buy refreshments from the bar and use the toilets.
