We cover both the private and public sectors, with extensive experience with each. We review and analyse published requirements, work on solution development and provide both leadership and support for creating markets where none yet exist. Our team has significant experience of running large and complex programmes, both for governments and the private sector, in the UK and internationally. Initiate/Influence £1,250 7. Set Strategy/Inspire £1,500 4 Standards for Consultancy Day Rate cards Consultant’s Working Day – 8 hours exclusive of travel and lunch. Working Week – Monday to Friday excluding national holidays Office Hours - 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday Travel and Subsistence – Included in day rate within M25. Payable at standard T&S rates outside M25. Mileage – As above Professional Indemnity Insurance – included in day rate.

Detailed Description Functional/Non-functional See Slide 3 Information Assurance Staff hold National Security Vetting levels of clearance Back up/ Restore N/A On-boarding Customers requirements will be agreed and detailed in the call-off contract, in tandem we will agree the best approach to commencing our engagement. Off-boarding We will deliver all services to the customer and ensure their agreement that their expectations have been met, we will endeavor to provide knowledge transfer to enable the customer to gain maximum value from the engagement. Pricing See Slide 3 Service Management Staff hold a range of ITIL, PRINCE2 and other service related certifications Constraints The applicability of services will be discussed prior to ordering. Service Levels The service will be provided by the level of people and to the agreed objectives, as detailed in the call-off contract. Financial recompense Our ethical approach and focus on excellence lead to customers receiving the high level of service they expect, we have ongoing QA and check points to ensure this standard is always reached. Training Training is not required to engage with us Ordering and invoicing We are very experienced with frameworks and especially G-Cloud, this will be carried out detailed in the framework agreement and call-off contract. Termination This service will not be removed for 12 months following any order. The termination terms will be agreed before orders are placed and included in the call- off contract. Data restoration N/A Consumer Responsibilities This will be discussed prior to an order being placed and will be included in the call-off contract. Technical Requirements Technical requirements will be discussed prior to an order being placed and will be included in the call-off contract. Trial Service We do not offer Trial services as standard, but please contract us to discuss. 5
