Go Live Plan Monday 7 th July : BAU transaction clearing completed by MOD. Final BLTs, Catalogue Load, Category Loads and Inventory Inbound Errors to be resolved 17:00 – Final Emerge Catalogue Upload to P2P 18:00 – Access to P2P is removed for P2P users 18:01 – Final Inbound Files received in P2P (Inventory POs, Inventory Receipts, Purchase Order Acknowledgements, Invoices, Supplier etc) 18:01 – Final Outbound Files sent out of P2P excl Pay Run (Purchase Order Outbound, Purchase Order Change Order etc) 18:30 – Access to P2P is granted to approx 10 SMEs Evening – take full back up of P2P in case a restore is necessary.

Go Live Plan Tuesday July 8 th : SME Users perform Pre-Upgrade Checks and Reports. This will include the Final Pay run in P2P. Tuesday 8 th : 2:00pm (or as soon as afterwards) P2P will be given to Capgemini to begin the upgrade tasks Tuesday 8 th : Capgemini begin upgrade Tuesday 8 th to – Sunday 13 th: Capgemini upgrade P2P Go Live Plan

Sunday 13 th July 8:00 pm Initial access checks to be performed by Senior User and DePS EBO – Atlas on standby Monday 14 th July: MOD SME users perform post upgrade checks Run initial interfaces with limited records Perform access & desktop checks – Atlas on standby Monday 14 th /Tuesday 15 th Decision to open system to all P2P users Tuesday 15 th System open to all Users

Go Live Plan Tuesday 15 th July – Friday 18 th July : Feed interfaces through Friday 18 th July : 18:00 – System down for Discoverer upgrade Saturday 19 th July : Discoverer upgrade by Capgemini Run first Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA) Loads Sunday 20 th July : MOD users Test Discoverer Monday 21 st July : Discoverer available to MoD Users Agree further SLA load schedule
