Click on the blue letters “TP 68”. If there are no trips in this area of the page, this means that you have not been ‘invited’ to apply. See Dr Koh if this is a problem.

Click on the “Apply” button. If you don’t see the “Apply” button, it could be that you have already registered for another overseas trip. If that is the case check with Dr Koh.

Summary of the information you will need – before starting the application. Click on “Let’s Start”

Fill in the required information – all those with * must be filled in. Click on “Save” and then “Next”

Scroll down to the following Print out these two documents or save it on computer and print out later -once you submit application, you will not be able to see this page Sign and get your parents to sign return to Trip leader within 1 week. Can download PSEA form (if you are going to use it) but do not fill in at this stage since price of trip not fixed yet.

Update your family background information. Only required if the cost of trip is >$500 (not applicable for short trips to Malaysia, Indonesia)

Update the type of housing (necessary for all trip applications) and scroll down.

Don’t need to add anything to the SUBSIDY AMOUNT. Click on “SAVE” and then “NEXT”.

If not sure whether you want to use PSEA, type in 50% of the cost or click No but remind the trip leader/project administrator later on. He/she can adjust it later when the cost of the trip is known exactly.

Press “Submit this Application”. If you are not sure, click on “Back to Homepage” the system will save your application as a draft. But remember to either cancel or submit eventually.
