6 Human Resources THE BENEFICIARIES Employees who have an employment contract with one of the Thales group companies, or JVs held at 50% or higher with at least 3 months service on the last day of the cancellation period (28 April 2008) Expatriates : specific rules Employees who leave on or before 1st May, even though they applied to join, can be excluded from the offer (provided HBOS is informed on or before 30 April).

9 Human Resources “CLASSIC SHARE” FORMULA At subscription : A 20% discount on reference price Shares put in FCPE (employee mutual fund) During 5 years Dividends, if any, reinvested in the FCPE : increases your assets At maturity (May 2013) or before if redemption case Your assets will consist of the market value of the share including any potential capital gains or losses You can keep your assets in the FCPE sell your assets & get cash (taxes and banking expenses may apply according to the country regulations)
