Introduced Employee Resource Groups; PRIDE, ONE, NEWNET, WIN, Enabling, Faith@work, Families@Work 2007 – Re-committed to the vision and introduced targets Aim: to re-energise our commitment and introduce Governance such as Global Steering Group 2009 – Re-launched our I&D Business Case and develop an Inclusion Charter Aim: to provide a foundation to build inclusive behaviours within our organisation 2010 – Launched Inclusive Leadership Programme Aim: To embed I&D into our culture via pro-active workshops throughout all Lines of Business
