2. Hawk Role Housing Advice Worker Probation based service Referrals direct from probation tenancy breakdown Homelessness pre tenancy training Joint working and referrals as appropriate Family liaison Support to reduce reoffending

3. Medium term bed spaces Referral from the HAWK and in prison workers Floating Support and Accommodation Broker Move on Training (MOT) Resettlement - usually PRS schemes
