3 Our services 2200 clients 950 staff 200+ different services including –hostels –complex needs projects –semi independent houses –registered care homes –street outreach –skills and employment –prison and probation based services

6 1. In Prison delivery Tenancy saving Family mediation Solutions to homelessness Through the gate Specialist services (BME) Linking with probation

7 2. Hawk Role Housing Advice Worker Probation based service Referrals direct from probation tenancy breakdown Homelessness pre tenancy training Joint working and referrals as appropriate Family liaison Support to reduce reoffending

8 3. Medium term bed spaces Referral from the HAWK and in prison workers Floating Support and Accommodation Broker Move on Training (MOT) Resettlement - usually PRS schemes

9 4. Rent Deposit and B and B Fund Subject to assessment Rent Deposits The role of bed and Breakfast accommodation

10 5. Floating Support Case load 15 – 25 Support up to 6 months to 1 year Tenancy Sustainment

11 6. MOT - Move On Training Classroom based – around 15 per class Classes delivered by trainer and Peer Lunch provided One to one training through HAWKs MOT Handbook
