The 4 big questions What are you going to do to improve your practice? What help or support will you need to make that improvement? What outcomes will you expect your young people to achieve as a result of the improvement? What evidence will you look at to determine if the improvement has been made?

What is your model for review and planning? What are your ambitions for your school? To what extent are they yours or how far do the respond to external pressures?

Consonance Where we start from internal priorities and then look for overlap with external pressures for change? Organisations which recognise consonance are more able to see opportunities for achieving their ambitions through externally generated change How far do you/might you use consonance?
