3 Fitness training methods- choose 3 from below (the methods are not in bold)
flexibility training- e.g.static, active, passive, ballistic strength and power training- e.g. resistance machines, circuit training, plyometrics, reps, sets and resistance endurance training- e.g. continuous training, fartlek training, interval training, heart rate, training zones speed and speed endurance – e.g. hollow sprints, acceleration sprints, interval training
