Responsibilities There are 5 key roles within the pack and a selection of their responsibilities as outlined in the previous guidance. What can be delegated to a ‘lower’ level

Hazard –Anything which has the potential to cause harm Risk –the chance, high or low, that somebody could be harmed by these hazards, with an indication of how serious the harm could be Risk Assessment –the conscious process used to identification of hazards evaluation of the associated risks the implementation of control measures The recording of this information

Risk Assessment Group –You know your class –You can help by ensuring that we do too… Complete and return the participant info form prior to each module, updating it each time. Tell us if things change Include adult helpers

Risk Management We will be undertaking risk assessments over the summer. These will be available to you at the start of the Autumn Term For some modules you are responsible for transport - you will need to undertake your own risk assessments.

Risk Management NB: –Your LEA & School will have their own guidelines. –Use the material we provide to assist you in complying with these. –Ask if you need more information.
