4 The Task Set attitudinal objectives for a trainee for an area of learning e.g. GU Medicine, Chronic disease management, Complaints, patients who attend frequently, learning to teach Set descriptors for the objectives set for the following levels of performance in trainees The unacceptable trainee The poor / borderline trainee The competent trainee The excellent trainee
