Watch the following clips – pick TWO examples from HAJJ and use them as EXAMPLES for two of your POINTS on why forgiveness is important to Muslims.
One very important way in which Muslims follow the teachings on forgiveness and reconciliation is during HAJJ.

13. Before going on Hajj A Muslim is expected to purify themselves
Before going on Hajj A Muslim is expected to purify themselves. As part of this they must make peace with those they have fallen out with and ask for forgiveness from those they we have wronged. The IHRAM worn are a symbol of this purity. All Muslims wear the same to show equality and brotherhood as part of the UMMAH (The worldwide Muslim community).
IHRAM = a state of being sacred.
The white robes show equality and selflessness.

On the 2nd day of the pilgrimage known as the "Day of Arafat” the pilgrims spend the entire day standing (or sitting) near the Mount of Mercy, asking Allah for forgiveness and making supplications.
