2. Purpose of the Presentation -Provide proposed approach on how transitional issues will be raised and how solution options will be analysed & agreed -Share indicative timeline -Agree Next Steps

Approach Transitional topics identified by industry will be raised via standard template & sent to Xoserve to record on the Business Change Analysis (BCA) register –Template for capturing topic information will be published following this meeting Topics are also being identified by Xoserve during BCA & recorded within this central register Xoserve will perform initial analysis & provide initial, high level solution options (where possible) based on information available Options will then be developed and refined through the Nexus Workgroup –Principles / business rules agreed at Nexus Workgroup –Supplementary workgroups may be required to further understand the lower level detail of some topics to ensure options and recommendations are valid / feasible Agreed options will then be documented & published Consequential work (e.g. modification(s)) will be initiated following agreement
