6 in ST1 and ST2 12 in ST3 By the end of ST3 you need to have demonstrated you can do each of the 12 competence's. Should be done by senior docs (ST4 or above)

GP Trainers assigned to you for whole scheme Meet with them now, December and May They produce a report which is either satisfactory or not every 6m It is your job to provide evidence and arrange meetings They may or may not nag!
