12.  Multi Source Feedback  Primary Care ◦ 5 clinicians and 5 non clinicians  Secondary Care ◦ 5 clinicians  2 Cycles in ST1 and 2 in ST3

13.  40 patients  Only in primary care posts  Once in first GP post  Then in ST3 between month 31 and 34

20.  Annual review to progress  Look at Educational Supervisors Reports and e-portfolio  Local panels in early June  All assessments need to be done by the time you meet your ES
