3.  Using our skills and experience to carry out community-based projects.  Providing two days each year of paid leave for staff to take part in volunteering projects and supporting branch fund- raising initiatives for projects and charities identified by local staff. Raising the Profile of Care Staff volunteered 22,353 hours in their communities around the UK in 2012.
