13  The students will register with UCAS on Friday and commence their personal statements.  Personal statements need to be finalised over the summer.  Subject staff are currently preparing subject based references.  These references will then be sent to the tutors who will meet with the students to formulate the overall reference, early in the Autumn Term.  Deadline for applications will be the end of October (October 15 th for Oxbridge and Medicine applications).
