3 How the session will work Presentations will be in audio over these slides, which should be visible on your screen You can use the text-chat to engage with other delegates and moderators. –Presenter will not be able to monitor –Moderators will try to pull out any key questions –To make text window bigger, select View > Layouts >Wide layout –To make it smaller or hide it away, adjust the size and position: uncheck View > Layouts > Layout locked If you have technical problems, send a private text-chat message to “moderators” and they will try to help Application sharing – Word docs will be shared at suitable points. How to comment will be explained verbally!

4 How the session will work: audio Only use your microphone when guided by a moderator To ask a question, –Raise your virtual hand –When invited to, click on the microphone button to speak –Click on the microphone button again when you have finished –Or, type your question into the chat box and the moderators will ask it for you Only one person using the microphone at a time otherwise there is an echo If relevant, use the tick/cross to indicate ‘yes’ or ‘no’ Feel free to use the emoticons available | slide 4

12 FAQ Correction re applyUntil / applyTo URL vs identifiers for hyperlinks [use URL] XHTML is permitted in specified descriptive text fields only; badly formed HTML is not permitted! In XHTML, bulleted lists and other formatting options are allowed; use of scripts, images and other multimedia elements are a security risk, so are deprecated. If a definite start date is not known, the @dtf attribute on or is not required. Some elements are ‘inheritable’. No need to repeat in is same as in.
