2.  March-April: Schools will be asked to complete the self-assessing database  Deadline for completion: April 29, 2011  September 2011: Schools will be asked to complete the database for the second time. Instructions will be sent in August. 2

9.  This is not a report card for your school  Reports will be generalized to level, area and district  Your school will not go on a list  Could take away from the purpose of this process 9

10.  Data will be broken up into 3 reports - Levels - Areas - District  Low ranking standards will be highlighted and an action plan will be put in place for improvement  The second self-assessment will provide us with evidence on what we have improved on 10
