Use this guide to help you schedule, modify, lookup and delete hearing blocks Click on the buttons to the right to discover more about their functionality

HOME Click Submit NEXT Enter 1-15 cases here (see example) Drop down menus

HOME A successfully scheduled hearing block will display the page below. Remember your confirmation number –it is key to future hearing block modifications or searches NEXT

HOME You will need your confirmation number from your scheduling confirmation to look up a hearing block Example 1 NEXT

HOME You can add or change up to 15 cases in your hearing block if you have your confirmation number. Your confirmation number is located on your hearing block receipt (see example 1) NEXT Example 1

HOME Verify the information on the screen matches that of the hearing block you wish to modify. If the information matches, check the box in the bottom left corner of the screen Check box to continue NEXT

HOME To continue, press “ok” NEXT

You will be unable to modify any fields except case number(s). Currently scheduled cases will appear in the fields You can change/delete existing case numbers, or add additional cases up to 15 When you have completed your changes, click “submit” NEXTHOME

Time modified is displayed A successfully modified block will display the receipt below Old case numbers and new case numbers are displayed NEXT

HOME Locate your hearing confirmation number on your confirmation receipt (see example 1). Type the confirmation number in the field provided and click submit. Example 1 NEXT

HOME Before cancelling, verify the information displayed is for the hearing block in question After confirming this is the correct record, check the box NEXT

HOME To permanently delete this hearing block from the schedule, click “ok” NEXT

HOME A successful cancellation will generate a receipt similar to the one below. PRINT THIS and retain it for your records. NEXT
