Holiday festivities culminate on Noche Buena (Xmas Eve).Afterwards families head home for a traditional Xmas supper which may feature a simple fare of homemade regional dishes. For example: bacalao, roast turkey, ponche or sidra.

After Year´s day, Mexican families will have or very special date to commemorate and enjoy. On January 6,most of the Hispanic world celebrates El dia de Reyes, the Epiphany, remembering the day when the three wise men following the star the Bethlem.
