5 What is the Job Assessment Tool? Determine how work is organized Recommend appropriate pay levels and ranges Determine whether BPS is paying competitively and fairly Design a new compensation and classification system that is fair and equitable for all employees The Job Assessment Tool (JAT) is a document designed to gather information from you about your job. Your JAT is critical to the study, because the Evergreen team uses this information to:
