2. Recommended Amendments to Chapter Four Definitions: –Alcoholic Beverage Establishment An establishment with a “4COP” or “14BC” license issued by the State of Florida. An establishment with a “4COP” or “14BC” license issued by the State of Florida. A business with a “SRX” issued by the State of Florida shall not be considered an alcoholic beverage establishment.
