9 10 Steps Understand the starting point, describe a measurable end point Educate your leaders, give them responsibility for change Change mindsets and behaviour by challenging bias Make flexible working a reality for all Increase transparency of opportunities for progression Sponsor female talent to the same extent as you do for men Demonstrate to women you want to retain them Don’t go it alone Be attentive to what women need in career development support Go back to basics in designing jobs

Like any project – work back from the outcome -This is a business issue
