3. Locally….. ASC working group links to Local Safeguarding Board - reviewing progress against recommendations from Winterbourne report Development of a set of quality criteria based on : - outcomes for people with challenging behaviour - staff training - and behavioural support planning

4. Next steps To work with local partners including providers, ASC placements team and Quality Monitoring team and specialist NHS colleagues to establish local quality criteria and good practice network
