2 What is an a Entrepreneur? A person who will take the risk of investing their own money in a business and if it fails lose it all or if it succeeds then maybe even triple the profit!

4 STEPS TO STARTING A BUSINESS  Start a business plan.  Get business assistance and training.  Choose a business location.  Finance your business  Determine the legal structure of your business.  Register a business name (Wal-Mart)  Get a tax identification number  Register for state and local taxes.  Obtain business licenses and permits  Understand employer responsibilities.

5 What is the Difference between an Employee and Employer?  Employee-a person working for a business or firm.  Employer-a person who employs.  Personally the employee is basically a lower rank than the employer because without the employer there would be no employee.

6  Without entrepreneurs managers wouldn’t even be there.  Managers are more concerned about the speed of business than the business itself.  Managers need to know a little bit of everything.  Entrepreneurs are street smart.  The basic definition of entrepreneur is FREEDOM.

7 Why Plan? Need to know what you sell. To what kind of people do you intend to sell it? How do you beat your competition?

8 THE 4 D’S OF SUCCESS. Discovery-See what people enjoy and know if your going to sell them that. Dream-See in your head how and when it will come true. Design-Make plans of how its all going to happen. Destiny-Make it your future.

9 INNOVATION AND BUSINESS CREATION. Innovation is basically a controlled business. Innovation is important because, well what is anything if it does not have control like Toys’R’Us only sells toys or things enjoyable to children.

10 Walt Disney He created Disney a worldwide show called Disney starring mickey it was a cartoon short of a small mouse that made people laugh and entertained everyone.

11 Mickey. Mickey was one of the best and still is cartoons created by Walt Disney he was the first created and the best.

12 Minnie Minnie was created more like to be a love interest in the mickey series more than likely cause mickey cant be the only character in a giant world wide show right?

13 Donald Donald was made so mickey could have a friend also I mean who doesn’t like an always angry duck who gets mad about everything.

14 Goofy Goofy was made for the three musketeers yes that’s right goofy is the third one made for the mickey series they made a movie together to save the princess a hand maiden and a servant all being recently created characters of course.

15 Pete. Pete is…yep you guessed it the villain he hears of mickey having all these great friends and has so many great adventures while Pete sits in the background well Pete wanted revenge so he always tries to sabotage their adventures. But as we all know the Hero always wins.
