2. Zheng He’s Explorations Zheng He is the most famous Chinese explorer. He explored from 1405-1433 during the Ming Dynasty period prior to an extended period of Chinese isolation. Use the map (link on next slide) provided by National Geographic to do your homework. Homework assignment due on Wednesday, January 20

3. Look at the map (check link) of Zheng He’s journeys. You can download a better map from this site. The map shows you 7 destinations of the voyages. However, I would like for you to examine the places that Zheng He actually went. Looking at the places that were actually visited, I would like for you to make a travelogue or journal describing the types of things that Zheng He and his men would have encountered in their visits.
