The Colonial Life Home Office has approved “Select Simplified Issue” for our Universal Life for all employees for this years open enrollment This means that an employee can any amount of life insurance that $12.00 a week would purchase, up to a maximum of $100,000 coverage. Only TWO health questions will be asked. A Spouse Term Rider can be added up $25,000 or Child Term Rider up to $10,000 as part of this guarantee.
