1. Tuesday 22nd Feb. 2005 To help the children’s interest in magic we showed the children a magic video. The video revealed the secrets to many magicians tricks. The children often commented on “ oh that’s how they do it”, “ I can do that”, “ I want to try that trick”, “I’ve seen that trick before but they used something different”, “ cool let’s try that one”, “ oh, that’s how the box moves”, “ we need some invisible string.” To help the children’s interest in magic we showed the children a magic video. 2. Thanks to Catherine who joined the class today. She helped the children at the library and helped Lachlan improve his writing skills.

3. Zac and Ruben continued their Magical Staff investigation today by deciding to decorate their staff. Once the staff is painted we can add the magic! ” exclaimed the boys.

Nicholas is really enjoying his maths challenges. “ I want to do the same as yesterday, you know those times tables. ” Nicholas After Nicholas completed his questions he was encouraged to check his answers with a calculator. When he showed me his work I asked why he had changed some answers …” because the calculator said so ” replied Nicholas. “ Nicholas I think you had better check the calculator because you will find that you had all the right answers before ” -Rance “ Wow!
