3. Overview  Toshiba e-BRIDGE Job Build allows you to combine multiple documents of various file types into a single print job.

4. Scenario You are about to go into a meeting with your project team and you need to print and group all documentation for each team member. The documentation consists of a project scope document in WORD, a map in PDF and a task schedule in EXCEL.

5. How do we do it now? Say for example you need to print 20 sets. You would open the WORD, PDF and Excel spreadsheet documents and print 20 copies of each. Once printing is complete you would then collect the print jobs and manually collate & staple then into individual sets.

The Solution Simply open each document and print to “e-BRIDGE Job Build” from the printer list with your choose of stapling, colour mode, paper size and source, page range and simplex or duplex options as required.
