Establishing a school-based system Using a whole school approach to mental health promotion, a School Case Management (SCM) team or equivalent is established Strong support of the school executive & school community in general is provided SCM team is responsible for collaboratively devising an integrated action plan for individual students with support needs. www.agca.com.au 3.1.13
