2 How it Works Each one of your clients on your website is given a 1300/1800 number that is placed on their listing. This number pushes the call to Delacon’s hosted IVR which answers the call with the following message: “Transferring you to abc company now…” The call is then transferred to the relevant client.

3 How it Works Your client's phone then rings and using the call whisper feature, your client will hear, “Another lead from 'abc company'…” Once the whisper is completed the call commences.

4 How it Works An email is sent at the completion of every call received by your client. The email contains the following information: Call result – Answered, unanswered, busy etc. Phone number that the call came from (this is provided even if the caller hangs up before speaking to anyone). Time and date of the call Duration of the call (optional)‏

5 How it Works Message Collection If your client missed a call because the line is busy or engaged, the IVR will take a voice message and automatically send the message as a sound file to a specified email address.
