Task 1: Role Play Content A: 16 points possible Look at the picture of a local environment problem. Call a representative of a government office. Use 8 sentences to complete the call.

Task 1: Role Play Content B: 4 points possible Take notes on the answers the assessor gives you. After the role play, the assessor will check your comprehension of the information you obtained. He or she will ask you two follow-up questions.
