12. Usually the article will be e-mailed to you at your Scatcat e-mail address. The message will contain a password that will allow you to access the document. Occasionally, the article will be in print form, and you will need to stop by the Interlibrary Loan office, Room 112, at the library to pick it up. We will contact you when it arrives.
