Eid Al Adha is celebrated by Muslims all around the world to honor the willingness of Abraham sacrificing his son Ismail.

This festival is also known as Id- ul-Zuha. Id means festival and Zuha means sacrifice. It is celebrated by Sunni and Shia Muslims.

The day’s of Eid al adha are from the 10 th of dhul hijjah up to 12 th of dhul hijjah (3 days and 2 nights). Eid al-Adha is celebrated every year on the 10th, 11th and 12th day of the twelfth and the last Islamic month of dhul hijjah (islamic lunar calendar)

Eid al adha occurs after hajj and begins with a sunnah prayer of two rakkahs
