The Moon The moon has 8 stages. When the moon gets smaller the Moon is waning. When the moon gets bigger the moon is Waxing. The moon is really …… ¼ the size of the earth. The moon has these spots those are called craters the craters are formed by asteroids. Some people look at the moon and there are craters that look like there is a man on the moon.

Sun The sun …. Is really a star it is the biggest planet in the solar system.The sun is made up of 2 gasses Hydrogen and helium. The sun may be big but its not the biggest star. The sun is burning when it gets so hot it shoots out a flame that’s called a solar flare.

Constellations Constellations are star that form an object like this constellation Orion the hunter he is a fighter. The Greeks and the Romans, and the Egyptians looked at the night sky and saw a picture and they passed the story on and on and later it’s a constellation.

The Earth The earth is our home it has every thing to provide food water and shelter. The earth has more force of gravity rather than the moon. The earth is the 2 nd closest to the sun besides mercury. Earth is hotter than rather Jupiter because Jupiter is farther away from the Sun.

space Every planet in the solar system revolves around the sun. revolve means go around, in this case go around the sun. The solar system is where our NINE planets are. In order to go into the solar system you need a space suit because there is no air in space. To me it would be a cool adventure.
