Wellness is a lifestyle. Making choices everyday that will keep your body, mind and relationships healthy.

Wellness: Answer the following questions. I eat regular, balanced meals every day. I drink plenty of water every day and when exercising. I get between 8 and 9 hours of sleep each night. I exercise at least 30 minutes 3 or more times a week.

Wellness: Answer the following questions. I wear my seatbelt and use protective gear when playing sports. I do not use tobacco, alcohol or other drugs. I ask for help when I need it. I get along with others. I can manage stress.
