2. What is empowerment?
When people are empowered, they have the ability to make choices and change their world.
People have control over their lives and make decisions about important things.

6. A Constitution Is a set of rules that a government must follow.
A special part of the Constitution is the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The Charter applies to everyone and it sets out our most important rights and freedoms.

Comes from being free to practice your culture no matter how large or small a group your culture is in society.

Comes from all members of society being treated fairly and equally.

Comes from a nation having the power to make decisions for itself.
