Cancellation $300 down payment not refundable. Down payment to Norb Huber GAPP Exchange Remainder of funds paid less any amounts charged by and not refundable from airlines reservations already made and paid in Germany. Program expenses Reinstatement fee is $150. Late payments result in a $25 fee or cancellation

Payment Schedule $300 down payment, by Nov. 1 st 2013 $1,500.00Dec. 1, 2013 Balance ($1,000ish) Feb. 1, 2014 Late payment fee of $25 must be include if payments are made after dates above!

We Host the Germans Required for participation Students are from Homberg’s Theodor Heuss-Schule 18 Students 1 Chaperone Leave Germany for Chicago Mar (4 days) Leave Chicago for MSP April ? We pickup at airport Stay here for ~3 weeks until April ?

Hosting Requirements A desire to see our lives through the eyes of a guest student Parents act as parents for exchange students Room and board Not always a room of their own A bed of their own and privacy

Pre Trip Requirements Secure Passport on time Attend all pre trip meetings Usually one per month Do all homework assignments and readings Attend homeroom meetings in Germany Ask lots of questions Keep an open mind

Other Very safe and controlled Stay with family Learn culture Learn language Students are under MN State HS League Rules No alcohol consumption Students sent home at parents expense School consequences
