Volvo Construction Equipment Volvo Construction Equipment, Customer Support Division 2007-01-22, Slide 4 Opening of the event The opening of the event was carried through by Mr. Juan Gonzales, Director of Customer Support of the Volvo CE Latin America. During the speech, Mr. Juan spoke about Customer Support area importance for Volvo CE and for the dealernet. He spoke, for the group of participants, on the importance that the Masters Cup plays in the continuos maintenance of the quality of attendance to our customers and for the professional growth of each participant. Mr. José Donizeti Destefani, coordinator of the Masters Cup in the Latin America region, displayed to the participants the agenda of the event and the tests schedule.

Volvo Construction Equipment Volvo Construction Equipment, Customer Support Division 2007-01-22, Slide 5 Opening of the event Each one of the participant groups carried through an institutional presentation of its dealer and the presentation of each one of the members of the group. After the presentations, all the participants, had enjoyed a delicious dinner with Italian typical foods. The dinner occurred in a restaurant located in the traditional neighborhood of Santa Felicidade in Curitiba. Presentations and confraternization dinner

Volvo Construction Equipment Volvo Construction Equipment, Customer Support Division 2007-01-22, Slide 6 Tourist stroll Before the tests, the groups had participated in a tourist stroll in the “Serra do Mar” and the coast. In the tourist city Morretes the groups tasted the “barreado” – a local typical dish. They had known the workmanship and the regional architecture. The region suffered to fort Portuguese influence.

Volvo Construction Equipment Volvo Construction Equipment, Customer Support Division 2007-01-22, Slide 7 Theory/practical tests The groups realized theory and practical tests related to the wheel loader, excavator, articulated hauler and grader products. The theory test had duration of 8 hours and the practical 4 hours per product line. The content of the tests was related to the diagnostic of fails, use of m@sh, PROSIS and VDN. The used criteria of evaluation was; time of solution of the fails, safety, communication, logic in the solution of the fails and use of technique literature.

Mr. Yoshio Kawakami (President of the Volvo CE Latin America) pronounced a motivational speech to the participant groups and the guests. The relaxed ambient of the teams was the registered mark. The Mexico team (winner) raised a toast to all the participants.
